Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
Each natural person is permitted to hold only one Account with ez96. If we determine that you hold more than one Account, ez96 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void all transactions processed through such Accounts, and forfeit any balances therein. Bonus funds obtained through multiple Accounts will be permanently forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ez96 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ez96 will never request your password via any communication channel. You must notify ez96 immediately via the Live Chat support function if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. ez96 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to safeguard your credentials.
ez96 operates under international gaming authority licence obligations that require identity verification. We may request KYC documentation at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo identification document (e.g., MyKad, passport), proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be withheld pending completion of KYC review. ez96's determination as to the adequacy of submitted documentation is final.
All deposits to your ez96 Account must be made via payment methods approved and listed on the Platform, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, Public Bank FPX, Hong Leong Bank FPX, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20. You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of ez96.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ez96 excludes all liability for: (a) any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the Platform; (b) any loss of data; (c) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform; (d) any errors in game outcomes attributable to third-party game providers. Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

ez96 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its absolute discretion, including — without limitation — in circumstances where: (a) we have reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by an applicable regulatory authority or court order; (c) we are unable to complete satisfactory KYC verification; (d) account activity is inconsistent with normal player behaviour or indicates potential fraud or money laundering. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified balance will be returned to the Account holder via the original deposit method, subject to applicable withdrawal conditions.
In the event of any dispute between you and ez96 relating to the Platform, your Account, or any transaction, you must contact the ez96 support team in the first instance via Live Chat, providing full particulars of your complaint. ez96 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve the matter within 14 business days. If you are not satisfied with our resolution, the dispute may be escalated to the dispute resolution body designated under our international gaming authority licence, whose decision shall be final and binding. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
ez96 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide advance notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. The effective date of any revision will be clearly displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of a revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ez96 is incorporated under its international gaming authority licence. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction in respect of any dispute not resolved through the dispute resolution procedure in Clause 12, without prejudice to ez96's right to seek relief in any jurisdiction in which you are resident or in which your assets are located.
